Shipping Information

At Oren Sport, we currently offer shipping to customers within Malaysia only. We are unable to ship to international addresses or Free Trade Zones, and we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are shipped using our standard packaging. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.

Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped the next business day after payment verification.

Tracking & Returns

Tracking My Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the shipment details and a tracking number. You can visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.

Carrier Returns

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, we’ll reship at no charge if the error was ours. However, if the return is due to customer error, any additional charges for reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
